Let's Sort This Out Together
Most common tech problems have a simple fix. Follow these steps and you will be up and running again soon.
Step 1: Try turning it off and on again
- Save any work you have open if you can.
- Press the power button to turn your device off.
- Wait 30 seconds, then press the power button to turn it back on.
This fixes most problems — it clears the device's memory and gives it a fresh start.
Step 2: Check your internet connection
- Look for the Wi-Fi icon at the bottom-right of your screen (Windows) or top-right (Mac or iPhone).
- If the icon shows no connection, click it and choose your Wi-Fi network or reconnect to Wireless@SGx.
